For 21 years, Carly Zamani's office was a dining room.
She built and ran high-end restaurants — long nights, impossible standards, and a thousand small decisions a day that all came down to one thing: taking care of people. It's a brutal, beautiful business, and it forged the instincts that now make her one of the hardest-working agents in California.
When she moved into real estate in 2017, she didn't leave that hospitality behind — she made it her entire model. Carly founded zRE Group on the idea that a home is never just a purchase. It's the backdrop to a life: the memories, the milestones, the future you're quietly building. So she guides every client the way she once ran a full house on a Saturday night — with total command, warm precision, and nothing left to chance.
From her home base in Laguna Niguel, Carly and her team work across most of California — Orange, San Diego, Los Angeles, Ventura, Riverside, San Bernardino, Kern, Sacramento, Placer, Contra Costa, and El Dorado counties. Most of that is residential, but she also lists vacant land, commercial, mixed-use, and fixer properties, which means she is rarely the agent who has to tell a client their property is outside what she handles. With more than $100 million in real estate sold, her results speak as loudly as her reputation for service.
She is also a licensed loan originator (NMLS #1840970) in 34 states, working through C2 Financial Corporation — so the purchase and the financing can run under one steady hand instead of two sets of phone tag. Her husband and business partner, Maxx Zamani, brings 22 years in mortgage and finance and earned his real estate license in 2026. Between them, both sides of a transaction stay in-house.

Laguna Niguel is home in the fullest sense. Carly and Maxx raised their sons Landen and Preston here, and both boys played football for Dana Hills High School. Those were years of Friday nights: Maxx announced a full season of Preston's games from the booth, and Carly worked the scoreboard as a volunteer. She sells South Orange County because she has spent her life in it.
