Every time I close a deal, I buy a pair of heels (or shoes, sneakers, boots) and I name them after the street of the home that was sold. For instance, my first sale was on Carrillo. So I got a beautiful pair of plaid heels and named them the Carrillo heels. This is a tradition I have kept up on every deal. I’m pushing my husband to get me more closet space.
