Currently, Patrick serves and works full-time as a Transaction Manager at JLL, overseeing lease renewals for Humanitarian Sites nationwide on behalf of The American Red Cross. This role has honed his expertise in strategic negotiations, lease administration, and the complexities of national commercial real estate operations—ensuring mission-critical sites remain operational and aligned with organizational goals.

On the residential side, Patrick is especially passionate about guiding first-time homebuyers through one of life’s most meaningful milestones. He takes pride in demystifying the buying process and empowering clients to make confident, informed decisions.
