About Vanessa Ricchiazzi

Vanessa Ricchiazzi is a California-licensed Real Estate Salesperson with over 15 years of experience specializing in residential care home development, licensing, and senior housing real estate. Having grown up in Pasadena and now residing in Central California, she brings deep regional market insight and established community networks to guide investors, homeowners, and families in the acquisition, licensing, and successful operation of assisted living and memory care properties.

 

She is a licensed Vocational Nurse, a California-certified Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) Administrator, and a state-certified vendor and educator authorized to train and certify Residential Care Facility Administrators and Executive Directors. Vanessa has been directly involved in the licensing, training, and operational oversight of multiple residential care communities throughout California, and was honored with the 2023 California State Assembly Women of Impact Award in Healthcare for her leadership and impact in senior services.
