About Lisa Emery

A California native, I moved to Orange County at 17 and never looked back, this coastline has been home ever since. I raised my kids here in Laguna Niguel, and put them through the Capistrano Unified School District. When my clients ask what it's really like to live in a neighborhood, I can honestly answer from twenty-plus years of experience and actually living it.

Before real estate, I spent my career as a paralegal - which is a polite way of saying I was trained to read every line, catch what other people skim past, and keep complicated transactions moving without drama. Contracts, deadlines, negotiations, the details that quietly cost people money: that's the part of this business I genuinely love. My clients don't get surprised at the closing table.

In my down time, you'll find me surfing or at the beach somewhere between Salt Creek, Doheny and San Onofre. That love of the beach is exactly why I specialize where I do: Laguna Niguel, Dana Point, Laguna Beach, Capistrano Beach, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, and Mission Viejo. I sell this lifestyle because I live it.
